There are so many different kinds of rhythms in the music world. In fact there’s infinite way to create different rhythms. You have to use different note lengths to get the perfect rhythm that you want. And it has to be unique. If we used the same rhythms for every thing then the world would be a really boring place. Rhythms are the basics of a song. If you don’t know what kind of rhythms you want in your song, complicated or simple, then you have no where to start.

When you look at Bastille’s Pompeii, it’s a very simple setup. Like most songs they start with an intro, theirs being a chorus of voices jumping up and down from one note to another. Then there’s the first verse, telling the story of the song. After that is the pre-chorus, hinting at the one of the climaxes in the song and leading into the chorus which is catchy, and makes you wanna close your eyes. The song then goes along to another vers, but this time with different lyrics, again it has the pre-chorus and the chorus but then there’s a little drum beat, changing the song so you don’t get sick of it. The bridge is a whole new string of lyrics and the ellision is the bridge with the melody overlapping. And finally the last chorus booms into your ears and ends peacefully with the chorus of voices fading out.
Favorite and Least Favorite Songs
One of my most favorite songs in Me & ur ghost by the artist Blackbear.
I really like the song alot, it’s not quite rap and it has a really catchy Melody. The lyrics are pretty cool although I don’t relate to them as well. Overall it’s a groovy song!
“Bronx Season” by Cardi B https://youtu.be/XHyYRknFKn0
This song is not really my favorite. No offense to Cardi B but her rapping is not the best. Usually I could care less about profanities but she has a pretty big potty mouth, but even though this song is clean I just don’t like the beat and the feel of the music.
